How do I get an embroidery Quote?
You can email, call or fax us the information.
Important parts to include:
1.) Product Style(s)
2.) Total stitch count of artwork
3.) Number of Embroidery location(s)
4.) Number of colors per Embroidery location
5.) Total Quantity

What are the minimums for an embroidery order?
Minimum order is 6 total items. Caps and Flats (T-Shirts, Polos, Wovens, etc...) must be treated as separate totals.
Price Breaks Occur at 6, 12, 24, 36, 72, 144 and 288 total items. Larger orders call or email for pricing.
How long will it take to complete my order?
After the final artwork proof or sewout proof has been approved our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. Please include up to 4 business days for shipping.
Can I mix and match sizes in my order?
Yes, you can choose your sizes. The size of the embroidery does not change according to the garment size. The size must remain static to be considered for quantity discount pricing
Can I mix and match t-shirt colors & styles in my order?
Yes, you can mix and match styles and colors. Charges may apply if a thread color change is required. Additionally, caps and headwear are separated from flat garments for quantity pricing discounts.
Do you offer physical embroidery proofs?
Yes, we offer a FREE sewout of your embroidery to make sure the artwork is acceptable. Before we get a physical sewout proof we always send a virtual proof to the customer to review and approve.
What types of garment styles or fabrics can you embroider?
Embroidery is usually reserved for higher price point items. However, you can usually embroider any type of garment or fabric. A digitized logo sometimes needs to be adjusted based on the type of garment or fabric you are embroidering. Feel free to contact us if you have a unique item.
